The apartment is located in Cannaregio district on the second floor.
It is 50 mq big and it can accommodate max 4 people. It has one bedroom with one bed (two single mattress pushed together), one bathroom with a floor level shower, a living room (open space) with kitchen and a double sofabed.
This apartment is the ideal for couples, families and workers.
It is very well connected to the the city center, train station and the airport.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with one bed (2 single mattress pushed together) and a bathroom with a floor level shower.
The water is electrically heated.
The apartment is provided with sheets and towels, all kitchen utensils, TV and free Wi-Fi.
The air conditioning/heating is set from 07.00 am to 23.00 pm.

You will be asked to show your ID or passport at the check-in for the registration to public security and to pay the city tax in cash.

For adults the city tax is of 3,00 € per person per night (for a maximum of 5 nights).
For children 10-16 years old is of 1,50 per person per night (for a maximum of 5 nights).
We will send the amount of the city tax to the city council.

Check-in after 20.00 pm is possible. We will ask you a supplement of 20,00€ for arrival from 20.00 pm to 22.00 pm; from 22.00 pm to 24.00 the supplement will be of 40,00€. This supplement has to be paid in cash at your arrival.
